HOW IT WORKS FOR SELLERS

Entering your first name, last name, company name, email address, and password is the first step of creating an account. Once this is done, you will be redirected to your dashboard where you need to verify your account and create a seller profile.

Now you need the following documents to verify your account as a seller:

You also need to set your location, specify the payment methods that you accept and cities you deliver to. Once all documents are submitted, Madad’s team will review it and grant you full access to use the dashboard and enjoy selling your goods.

Your dashboard allows you to fully control and manage your online business. You can add new products, change pictures, prices, minimum and maximum order, manage your stock and choose the payment methods that you accept.

Once your product is sold online, you will receive an email with the buyer’s details.

You can go to your dashboard and manage your orders from "Order History" tab where you will be able to change the order status (processed, shipped, and delivered).

You can change order status, ship and generate invoices.Upon delivering the goods, please make sure to get the delivery code from the buyer, this code is the primary proof of delivery. Now, go to my order history, choose the order that you just delivered and enter the delivery code into your dashboard to complete and close the order

If the order was placed via Madad’s wallet system, the money will be reserved into Madad’s bank account until the order is successfully delivered and completed by entering the delivery code into the dashboard. The money then will be transferred to your bank account after deducting the commission fee. Typically, you will receive the money within 24 hours.

Only verified and approved buyers will have the option to place their order using Cash on Delivery or Credit Purchase. If the order was placed using those payment methods, you will also be notified via email and the order will be reflected on your dashboard.

When goods are sold via Cash on Delivery, the commission fee will be calculated in the dashboard, and the seller must transfer the money to Madad Services LLC within a maximum period of 5 business days. In case the money wasn’t transferred within that time, Madad will deduct the commission fee from the wallet reserved money. However, your account will be disabled if there was no money reserved.

For goods sold via Credit Purchase, the commission fee will be calculated in the dashboard and deducted when the buyer settles the payment.
